Update

Wow the past few months have flown by. James and I have had lots of fun things going on the last few months.

In September we celebrated our 3 year anniversary. We went to dinner at Tahoe Joe's, it was very yummy! Our Stake boundaries were realigned and we are now in Vineyard Ward. We love it. James is an Assistant Ward Membership Clerk and the Ward Webmaster. I am Compassionate Service Leader. We both enjoy our callings and the members in our ward. Jeremy, Cami, Aiden and Ashlyne came for Perry's 50th Birthday Party. It rained the day of the party but we still enjoyed spending time with everyone. We went to Oakland and saw Julie graduate from her Ultrasound Tech program... go Julie!! We also did our first IUI in September. Unfortunately we did not get pregnant but it was quite the learning experience.

In October we celebrated Elizabeth's 23rd Birthday and Suzanne's 29th Birthday! We also did two more IUI's this month but neither were successful. We also found out this month that Jeremy and Cami are having a baby girl! Her name is going to be Arianne.

November brought the excitement of the holidays. We started out the month with an IUI which was unsuccessful. We decided (with the encouragement of our doctor) to take the next two months off for fertility treatments. We had prayed about it and really felt like this is what we needed to do at this point. We went to San Jose over Veteran's Day weekend and had a lot of fun! We went to dinner with Suzanne and Nancy one evening who were staying about 15 minutes north of our hotel, went shopping at all sorts of fun places (Crate and Barrel is a pretty cool place!!) and enjoyed spending time with each other. We found a GREAT frozen yogurt place in San Jose that was so yummy! We went twice! Thanksgiving brought lots of opportunities to spend time with our family. Thanksgiving morning we had breakfast with the Newbold family, we had Thanksgiving dinner at my parent's house and then went back to Nancy's for dessert. Saturday we did our traditional Thanksgiving dinner with Perry and Jean. We of course played Mexican Train after dinner. :)

December has brought lots of fun things! We decided to buy a new camera this month. We bought a Nikon D80. James LOVES it! I am learning to love it. :) My mom and my sister Elizabeth came over and baked cookies one Friday afternoon. We had fun visiting and baking. Darn fudge didn't want to turn out but we have some good ideas for next year! Jeremy, Cami, Aiden and Ashlyne flew in to be here for the Newbold Christmas Party. We had lots of fun spending time with them. Jeremy, Cami, James and I went to Chilis Monday afternoon for lunch. Afterwards we went to Target and walked around. We almost pee'd our pants trying on different hats in the guys section. Hilarious!! The Newbold Party was a nice evening. It was Nancy's year to be honored by her siblings and her brother d'Art put on a very nice evening. We went Christmas light looking with my family this past Friday and had lots of fun. We brought two cars so we communicated by walkie talkie. We went to Rocklin and the fab 40's. Lots of beautiful lights

For Christmas we are spending Christmas Eve with Nancy, Christmas morning with my family and Christmas evening with Perry and Jean. We hope that you all have a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year!
